Our customer service team is available Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM Eastern time to take your order and provide you with quick accurate quotes. All orders must be accompanied by a company check for half of the total order cost. The balance is due upon delivery.

Free delivery to anywhere in the U.S. on all jobs over $500. Return shipping is via common carrier ground with urgent return shipping available upon request.

Please call for additional charges. Next day and second day shipping are also available. Free delivery with your labels in unmarked cartons.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Production and Delivery
Method of delivery will be at the discretion of DKS unless otherwise specified by the customer. All shipments under $500 are F.O.B. our dock.

Payment Terms
All orders must be accompanied by a company check for half of the total order cost. The balance must be paid prior to shipping or payment will be paid C.O.D. All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to the prevailing price at the time of shipment. New customers must provide a valid Federal tax identification number or sales tax will be charged.

Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days. All prices are based on materials cost at time of quotation. Quotations not accepted within 30 days are subject to review. Quotations are based on a good faith estimate of the information provided at time of quotation. Jobs which substantially deviate from the original quote will be repriced accordingly.

Warranties
In no event shall DKS be liable to the customer for special, indirect or consequential damages in any way connected with the performance of an order. The amount of liability of DKS to the customer on any claim for loss or liability in any way connected with the the performance of a job shall not in any case exceed the amount of money or compensation actually paid to DKS for that particular job.

Freight Claim
Inspect all material upon arrival. In the case of loss or damage the liability responsibility is that of the carrier. All claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Order Cancellation
A cancellation fee will be applicable for all special orders. If an order must be cancelled DKS must be notified before that order has been started. Work that has already begun will be billed at the accumulated cost at the time of cancellation.

Taxes
Customers shall be responsible for all sales taxes and taxes of any nature on goods or services provided by DKS. Appropriate state sales tax will be charged unless a tax reseller information card for your business is on file at DKS at time of order.

Collections
All returned checks are subject to a minimum charge of $30.00 or 5% of the total check, whichever is greater. In the event that an account is referred for collection, customer will pay the balance of the account and all reasonable costs incurred plus any attorneys fees plus 2% interest per month from due date until paid in full.
